Order Cancellation or Return Policy

– If the customer is not satisfied with a product or received a different product from the one ordered, he has the right to return it within 14 days from the date of purchase. Provided that it has not been opened or used and is in the perfect condition received in its complete packaging.
– In the event that the product is not returned within the above period, electronpro.gr is entitled not to accept the return and therefore to refuse the replacement.
– Shipping costs are borne by the customer in every case of return and only the case where the customer received a different product or quantity from the order is excluded.
– After the product has been checked by electronpro and after it has been determined that it meets the above conditions, the value of the product is refunded to the customer.
– In all cases, the return of the product to be replaced should be made together with all the documents that accompanied the product (e.g. DAT, Retailer’s receipt, etc.)
– In case of return of the products, and provided that the products have been previously received and checked, the refund to the customer will be made by cancelling the credit card charge.
– In case of return of products with cash on delivery payment method, the refund will be made by deposit to a bank account indicated by the customer.(No refund of the shipping cost)
– The company electronpro.gr reserves the right to modify, including the present terms, prices and product descriptions or to temporarily or permanently discontinue all or part of the present without notice to users.
-The courts of Thessaloniki are competent for any dispute that may arise
